The shop experience was brilliant. My elderly friend just loved the gift I sent and couldn’t get over the fact that she doesn’t have to do anything to it so it obviously had good instructions.
However, the Royal Mail part was more like Royal Fail. They sent a message to say they’d got it but not when it was arriving. Eventually they gave me a date and time so I arranged for the lady’s son to be with her to take it in for her. They didn’t show up. Tracking then just said they’d got it, but nothing else. Eventually the next morning I got another date and time and this time it was delivered.
I guess you don’t get to know this, but I’m sure it was outside 48 hours.
