Shipping & Returns

We fulfil all orders via Royal Mails express 24-hour shipping service. All orders are processed by us within 2-3 business days, however please reach out if you have any issues or need to request a faster fulfilment time.

  • Orders over £40 access FREE delivery 
  • Orders under £40 have a £4.99 delivery fee incl VAT

To ensure the safe arrival of your plants, we only fulfil orders Monday to Thursday. If you place an order after 1pm on a Thursday, your order will be packed by the team the following Monday and dispatched on the Tuesday. This is to limit your order being stuck in transit over the weekend.


On average all orders will take between 3-5 business days to arrive on your doorstep from the point that you place your order.

Please note: if a plant does not arrive, due to the input of an incorrect address, we as the seller take no responsibility. If you noticed the address is incorrect, please reach out to us within 2 hours of the order being placed.

If you aren't home when the delivery is attempted, your item will be placed in your designated safe place. If that's not possible, delivery will be attempted once more.

Please check with your concierge that they can accept perishable items before recommending this as your safe place.

Please note: We cannot take responsibility for lost/damaged orders that have been delivered to your safe place. Royal Mail drivers will take photographic evidence or a signature for any orders left as requested by the customer.
